Linux and Oracle Expert (4-6yrs)

• Troubleshoot and resolve OS-related issues, including user management, permissions, and file system errors. 
• Manage shell scripts and automation tasks. 
• Deep understanding of Oracle SQL query writing, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle database tools such as RMAN, SQL Developer, and Enterprise Manager.
• Knowledge of database architecture, partitioning, and performance tuning techniques. 
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs. 
• Provide root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions. 
• Coordinate with L2, L3 teams or vendors for unresolved issues.
• Create and maintain shell, Python, or Perl scripts for automation of repetitive tasks.

• Huawei Cloud environments - Troubleshoot and escalate cloud-specific issues related to networking, storage, or application deployment. 
• Manage VM instances, cloud storage, and virtual networks. 
• Implement monitoring scripts to identify issues proactively in Linux or cloud environments.
