The AD Delivery Director is In-charge of end-to-end requirements gathering and elicitation processes, understands the end-to-end system architecture, functional flow and the data model, review requirements & design document and ensure 100% capture of requirement, recommend solutions to complex technical problems. Also, responsible to drive Incident Management and Problem Management and recommend improvements, manage and guide multiple project teams and analyze the financial information to drive profitability for the organization.
Overview:
*Should have performed the role of NMS architect atleast for 3+ years.
*Should have had hands-on experience in working as Solution designer in Service Assurance atleast for 5+ years.
*Will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network monitoring solutions to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of network infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of networking principles, monitoring tools, and system architecture, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.
